Problem: Canon printer issue

It isn't uncommon that computer/printer repair shops require a substantial deposit for a diagnosis, which, in fairness, gets applied to the repair, but by the time you've put your money down, putting more money down to complete the job seems like the only reasonable step to take. Thankfully, that is not the case here, not in my experience.
I had a Canon Pixma G5050 printer repaired for 25 Euro. Turn around in a day. Asking about other potential jobs (specifically a MacBook), I got the sense too that fairness applied across the board. Don't let the location fool you, this isn't a Worten or Apple Store done up in Christmas lights. The modesty speaks well for the people who own and run the store. The staff is courteous and well-informed.

Brillant service. We came on holiday with two struggling laptops (one of which would not boot) and in desperation took them to PcRam. Marcio, who speaks good English, updated them perfectly by reloading Windows and we now have two perfectly functioning computers with many features (sound, camera etc) restored. Very quick service and verry reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
